Daniel Hong

Daniel Hong was born and raised in Korea. He studied history, theology and philosophy at UCLA, Dallas Theological Seminary, and Oxford University, respectively. He was "baptized" in Tillich, Heidegger, and Nietzsche at Oxford. He has since been born again as a secular humanist. He has owned and operated his own business, and taught in college. He currently works as a freelance researcher in Seattle.

Sermon on the Pope's Homily —( Daniel Hong )

We're faced today--not with a good German shepherd--but with a German tank, "Der Panzer Kardinal." The tank, Pope Benedict XVI, is equipped with the two symbols of papal authority as well as with the old palavers: the same previous ideology of a medieval, anti-Reformation, antimodern paradigm of the papacy.
